Part-Time Positions
We’re looking for energetic and hardworking team players for paid part-time positions as Referees and Field Managers. Candidates should be reliable, responsible, passionate about soccer, and ready to help officiate, manage, and organize our leagues and pickup games as we continue to expand and unite the soccer community in Kansas City.

Soccer Referee
Starting at $25 per game (50 minutes). Sat mornings, and Sun afternoons.
Responsibilities:
- Officiate adult league soccer games
- Enforce league rules and regulations
- Resolve conflicts calmly
- Identify and resolve safety issues
- Help break down the field after last game
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a soccer referee
- Timeliness and reliability
- Professionalism and respect
- Effective communication with large groups
- Ability to de-escalate emotional situations
Field Manager
Starting at $15 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down fields
- Check in pickup players
- Organize and rotate pickup teams
- Handle on-site player issues
- Oversee Referees and enforce facility rules
- Organize and take inventory of equipment
- Alert Organziers of any issues that arise on-site
Required Qualifications:
- Timeliness and reliability

- Strong knowledge of soccer
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle emotional situations
